Review
What is the investment in one line? Is it simple? If the answer to both is yes, we delve into our financial, commercial and tax review.
ASK
Our credit process involves detailed questions on each part of the investment. Property development project tend to be unique and we use our experience to understand them. Examples include: can we start construction tomorrow? Who will be the contractor and what guarantees will they be providing? How will the investment be sold? Have we allowed sufficient headroom and a budget for unexpected items?
Answer
Responses to our questions are provided by experts. Where needed, we will employ and instruct professionals to provide a professional review and report for us to rely upon. We will never invest whilst questions are still open.
Deploy
We will only deploy once all funds are committed. Funding risk is reduced to bare minimum at the point of investment. We are always working with external auditors and advisers who review our strategy and support it.
