Our Method

Market risk will be with us from day 1 to Exit day. We select markets and sub markets that are defensive and growing.
Development risk is managed by seasoned developers and partners, and an external review board.
Funding
Projects are fully funded through our network of banks and finance houses, and backed by a strong demand for our equity products. We prefer to raise more equity than needed, present conservative returns, and focus on the development.
Product
Our product is second to none: well designed, high specifications and smart marketing. We believe that this way we will over perform in a rising market, and still perform well in challenging times.
Location
We are based in London, understand London and are key players in this market.
We only invest after carefully studying and researching a location. We constantly target locations which are benefiting from infrastructure, transportation or regeneration.
